SugarDev.net provides an DoxyGen generated documentation of the Sugar codebase. To make this possible, the codebase had to be extended with a lot of DoxyGen-style tags and extra comments. Since most of the functions and classes lack any comments, this is a lengthy process. However, DoxyGen is able to work with all kinds of levels of tag-implementation: It's able to generate functional and informative documentation, even without its tags.
