How customized do you consider your SugarCRM instance?

Very, we had to modify core SugarCRM files. Now we can't upgrade easily.
Very, but we stayed out of core files.
Somewhat, with the Studio or by hand
Just 1 or 2 things, the default SugarCRM suited my business needs
None at all, maybe the logo
I don't have a SugarCRM installation
